It’s really a mix of emotions when you’ve got the Yankees tonight , the New York Football Giants had a major W yesterday and all at the same time I feel the need to commemorate #October7Massacre on One Leg Up with Alex Garrett. 97 hostages are still not home to #Israel !! That has to be fixed!
Quite frankly, today should have been about mourning the victims of terror in Israel, not adding more pain by protesting against an already-aching Jewish population across NYC!
God I miss Rabbi Joseph Gelberman today. 20 years ago we were still celebrating the rite of passage , my Bar Mitzvah , which took place on 10/1/04, and I am sure he’s guiding us through this Israeli hostage crisis with wisdom from above 20 years later !
It shouldn’t even be controversial to mourn the victims of October 7th! There was a TERROR ATTACK on this day in 2023 against Israel.
In addition, it has just been really tough to enjoy today, to be very honest . Thank God I can speak my thoughts on Spreaker, and call for the release of the 97 Israeli hostages in Hamas captivity while mourning the Israelis and Israeli-Americans already killed !
